Eye Opener!
It's amazing to see the joy in these little eyes! They have so little, but see the world in a different way. We take so much for granted and I think this trip is going to be a real eye opener for us!
I look forward to bringing hope to the Escuelita Limon!

5 Weeks to go!
Hi everyone,
The countdown has begun for our trip to La Limonada, Guatemala City, Guatemala! Our group consists of 11 amazing members of Lifepointe Church ( http://www.lifepointechurch.com/ ) and Bill Cummings, the Founder and President of Lemonade International ( http://www.lemonadeinternational.org/ ). We will be boarding the plane in the wee hours of the morning on 10-18-09, and will begin a week long adventure that will change our lives forever!
Currently, the group is in the midst of collecting items for 350 kids and meeting about the specifics of the trip. Many of us are trying to learn some Spanish and the rest are grateful for the bilingual teachers at the school (except Casto)! This group is the BEST (I may be a little biased) and we are going to have an amazing time sharing "Hope" with the kids who attend Escuelita Limon.
Stay posted for more information prior to and during the trip!
